The exercise itself is in German; the explanation pages it links to are in Turkish.

B2.1 · Passiv

Passiv (werden + Partizip II)

In the passive the focus is on the action itself, not on who does it: werden (conjugated) + Partizip II (at the end). The agent is given with von + Dativ. All exercise content is in German.

Recognise: match each passive sentence with the active sentence with man in the same tense. Tense clues: wird, wurde, ist … worden, war … worden, wird … werden.

Passiv – Passive Voice Exercises

The Passiv puts the action itself in the foreground, not the person doing it (Was passiert? rather than Wer?). The key logic is simple: "werden" becomes the auxiliary and the main verb turns into a Partizip II at the end of the sentence.

📌
Golden rule: Vorgangspassiv = werden + Partizip II ("Das Haus wird gebaut"); in the past "wurde", in the Perfekt "ist ... worden".

This page makes the passive automatic by practising the tenses and the agent with "von/durch" one by one. At B2 you will meet it constantly in the writing and reading tasks of Goethe and telc B2.
